Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one mailbox account to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just select the e-mailbox you want to redirect emails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
